3. See Figure 87. Cut the cable tie securing the media sensor wires inside the wire way of the
platen roller housing.
4. Gently remove the latch cover.

5. Slide the media sensor carrier all the way out until it stops, and then gently press down on
the carrier and slide the carrier until it drops out of the platen housing.
