ip.pop3.save_attachments

type: getvar; setvar

This parameter refers to whether email attachments are to be saved to the flash file system in the printer.

This only applies if the ip.pop3.enable is set to on.

Note: attachment le names will be truncated to 11 characters (8 characters, with a 3-character extension.)

getvar result This will return the pop3 save attachments status (on or off)

Example

Description This command instructs the printer to respond with the POP3

save attachments value

Syntax

! U1 getvar “ip.pop3.save_attachments”

Result “off”

setvar choices

“on”, “off”

Default “on”

Example

Description This command instructs the printer to disable POP3 save

attachments

Syntax ! U1 setvar “ip.pop3.save_attachments” “off”

Result This will turn the pop3 save attachments off
