The Liner Take-up Assembly Kit is shown in Figure 4-58.

1. Turn the printer Off (
O) and disconnect the AC power cord.
2. Refer to Figure 4-49. Open the media door and remove the electronics cover by
removing the two mounting screws.
3. Refer to Figure 4-59. Remove the spindle from the shaft of the liner rewind
assembly.

4. Refer to Figure 4-60. Connect one end of the supplied cable assembly to P3 on the
main logic board
5. Feed the other end of the cable assembly through the access hole in the base of the
main frame.
Caution • This installation must be performed by a qualified service technician.
