4. Reinstall the rear cover by sliding it under the screw loosened previously on the
main frame. Leave the screw loose.
5. Using the two screws supplied in the kit, attach the rear cover to the rewind pan.
Tighten the two screws and the one screw on the main frame.
6. Refer to Figure 4-64. Place the rewind motor and spindle assembly inside the
rewind pan assembly.

7. Feed the rewind motor cable up through the hole in the bottom of the main frame.
8. Refer to Figure 4-65. Connect the rewind motor cable connector to the main logic
board assembly connector P3.
Note • Make sure the two holes on rewind support bracket face up and are
aligned with the mounting holes in the main frame.

Caution • Wear protective eyewear when removing E-rings, C-clips, snap rings, and
springs. These are under tension and could fly off while removing.
